It mentions P1 there, but it says 2500 AC, so that’s why I got confused when you mentioned 5000AC.

I honestly thought maybe the documentation was outdated and I was reading ancient forum lore by mistake

Either way, I’ll just keep participating around the forum without pressuring myself too much and take it slowly. I don’t want to burn myself out.

Kinda sad I didn’t discover this place earlier honestly.

Since I like generating AI images, I’ll probably try joining the daily contest (Share Your Daily Theme Creations) whenever I can. Seems like a fun way to hang around, entertain myself a bit, and maybe earn some coins along the way.

I'm happy to report that I reached 5000 coins today and am half way to p1. I recommend you aim for 50 coins per day, and set a 3 month goal.

What I did was first get to 500 coins to put in the vault, which will give you at minimum 5 free coins per day in interest. Then get to 250 in either regular or 2.0 coins for a week's access. I personally would say go for the latter and put the former in the vault to gain more daily interest, as there's currently nothing else to spend 2.0 coins on other than members+, even though it will likely take longer to accrue enough. While posting in members+ doesn't get you more coins (at least not currently), the reactions you get will. I'm currently at this point. Right now, I'm planning to go for lifetime access while continuing to pay for weekly or monthly access to members+ until I get to that point.

Also, do you have a link where they explain all the ranks/perks? I tried searching around the forum a bit but somehow only managed to confuse myself more.

Sadly, I had a really nice post that explained M+, P1, P4, and P5 ranks. It even showed previews of the content that was allowed in the next forum section to each user, but the rank structure changed. And since things have changed, I've been too busy to make a new version.

Funny thing is, I genuinely thought ATF had died this whole time because I couldn’t access it anymore. Turns out my access was just blocked and I only recently managed to get back in with a VPN after reading posts here

There is no need for social anxiety at LC. Just about everyone is kind, or at least polite enough that there is no need for worries.

I also have social anxiety and lot of other brain junk, but I have been know to post many weird things here, and I am convince many things read strangely haha, but to be honest, it is also a good way to help overcome the anxiety.

The lurker thread is fun and also the art and games are pretty good. I am sure you can find many enjoyment here, and if you (or anyone) have a problem then all the staff can assist.

I should get more active. I do sometimes, but then it is hard for me mostly because I dont understand many of English posts lol. Different cultures and the memes??? WTF is a meme? haha, so, I do know what meme is but 990% of them I dont understand, so you and me seems we should get on pretty well with our different challenges.

Really, you will be fit in well.

Also, AFT is still going fine and well. However, there have been many attacks on these sites by the idiots who want us all to be extinct, but AFT did close ew members for a while, and I think just reopened, so, more than likely there probably will be no more real issues there I hope. Although I am just speculating, and hopeful here lol.

It was actually really reassuring to read. I think one of the hardest parts after years of lurking is just getting used to participating instead of staying invisible all the time, so hearing other people talk openly about anxiety and similar struggles genuinely helps.

And honestly I relate a lot to the "different cultures and memes" part too lol. English isn’t my native language either, so sometimes I read posts and feel like I accidentally walked into 15 years of internet inside jokes nobody explained to me.

The lurker thread has definitely been helping already though, and the community here feels surprisingly chill compared to most places online.

Also thanks for clarifying the ATF situation. For the longest time I genuinely thought the site had died because I couldn’t access it anymore.

And don’t worry, the novella was appreciated. Years of lurking trained me to read giant forum posts.
