sometimes the only sound I let run on the game is the music
heck some of the music slaps hard.

I play my games on full mute anyways, so the way I see it why not add music. If the dev thinks it fits the scene then go for it, people like me can just mute it if we don't want to hear it. That is, as long as they have the option to turn down music in the settings, which they usually do.

I pretty much no longer play with sound.
SO many games have random music that don't fit the scene, unsexy groans during sex scenes, or a weird fixation on SOME specific realistic sound (ex: door creaking but little else).
As such, I'm probably missing games with good sound but my hit / miss ratio is so bad that's it's = 1-mute game if possible, 2-mute computer if not.

It really just depends on whether or not the game needs it. Horror games for example. Music should be used sparingly in horror games so as to not mess with the ambience. I dont just mean nsfw games either, this is how i feel for all types. Music needs to be used at the right moment otherwise it could ruin the whole experience.

Yes, all games should have music, but I understand that most developers do not have the resources to add original music and choose free stock music or leave it without sound. Personally, I’ve come to hate the stock music that everyone uses.

if the score and a scene is good otherwise no music.

Really hard and time consuming to find the right one, especially for free. When done right it adds a lot, as does voice-acting to a character.

So yes, but you need the right one.

Of course it should the right music track can really elevate a scene. And if you don't like it you can always mute the sound.

at the very least it brings people together in the comment section of the sound track video lol

Well, if we take adult games only, there are about one in hundred which have interesting to hear music, in main menu usually. For swf games it usually needed as a background, especially if there not a lot of action in current playable moment.

Music is good sometimes especially in hentai games but some times it is a little monotonous and irritating

Sometimes I like it if there's no sound whatsoever in the game but when there's a voice lines or moaning or the sfx for sex, that's when I often mute the music asap

i love to listen the stock no copyright music the dev choose at low volume while playing

I don't really trust the tastes of other people, including game developers, so during the game I turn on my personal playlist from Youtube.

I don't mind music in the games
I usually turn it down so I can barely hear it
I kinda hate complete silence

a resounding yes even if it's repetitive i feel the silence just detracts from the game although good sound design can elevate a game leaps and bounds

Yea music always adds to the experience and sets a tone in a deeper way than just words or visuals can, but I hate when there's smooshing or moaning noises, sounds corny and ruins the moment

As long as it fits the mood/aesthetic, it absolutely elevates the game experience.

music makes everything better including games
games without music is that one meme of a guy talking to a brick wall

I feel like it is nice to have something in the background even if it does become repetitive. It definitely helps to zone out when things get grindy.
