These games are text adult text adventures. But SchoolDreams 3 has some graphics. Due to the description of some of the girls and due to the adjustable age feature, these games probably belong in the + section.
The games are in the TADS format, each zip file contains also a walkthrough.
Be aware, that you need an interpreter for the games. I recommend Gargoyle or Fabularium.
