Basically, it's a Chekhov's gun thing. Why would the dev go to so much trouble to show us a flashback in which a girl who looks like a young Alex is shown to be the daughter of MC's deadbeat dad and NOT make that girl actually be Alex? Also, a flashback like this revealed that Zoe was MC's daughter. So the pattern is established.

Nice catch. When I played 13.5, I caught the obvious similarity to Sam and Ryley, but did not match her to Alex. Comparing your two pics, you have a very strong argument for this to be true. That is Buried Desires. IMO, it's honestly not really worth it. There is a lot of potential and some very hot girls/renders, but, at least the last time I checked it out, it was really buggy in terms of variable/choice tracking, and the dev didn't really seem to know what direction he wanted to go. He's had to rewrite the main story a couple times because of it, which slows development and makes for even smaller updates (complete with content being removed in some updates, for better or worse).

Hey all. Just thought I should update you all on progress. I'm two scenes into the next update and will drop some spoilers soon. I thought I'd post what is getting updated and redone in this next update so you all know what I've been doing.
Update 3.5/day 3:
Samantha scene: 45 re-rendered images, 2 new animations.
Ashley's scene: 16 re-rendered images, 1 new animation.
Alex & Jade office scene: 98 re-rendered images, 1 new animation.
Haley scene: 23 re-rendered images, 4 re-rendered animations.
Jessica scene: 16 re-rendered images, 4 re-rendered animations.
Update 4/day 4:
Kate flash back: 1 new animation.
Haley scene: 1 re-rendered animation.
Michelle scene: 1 new animation.
Zoe scene: 16 re-rendered images, 2 re-rendered animation.

Update 5/day 5:
Samantha flash back: 3 re-rendered images, 4 new animations.
