I know that the Renpy engine was updated a while ago, I wonder if that might be the cause of some of the issues people are having. This game has been abandoned for a long time, and that update might have caused some problems for people. I admit that I haven't replayed this in a long time so don't know if I have any issues but just had this idea and felt it would be worth sharing. I don't know enough about computers to know if this is possible, but hope people find a way to fix their problems.
