Well if the current host nukes them, the forum will probably be offline until they fully move to another host.

If hosting tos bullshit is a problem why not host themselves at home (1Gb/s fiber would be plenty for a site like this, this isn't a pirate Netflix or something) and encrypt it to where the ISP can't even see what the site is? Distributed hosting is also an option these days (think torrent, but in reverse, with no single server to shut down and 100k+ PC's hosting a sinlge piece of it that by itself is nothing human-usable). I mean seriously, if 100k C P sites can work around hosting/payment/etc issues why can't everyone else when they are actually legal?
