The seed must breed. If you are having plenty of creampies the results should be pregnancy and not just for the ending, don't cut the story short and just show the women with baby bumps at the ending.

I prefer it to be in the games I play. One of my biggest issues with games is that it is usually an ending to the game. Monochrome fantasy for example. I really hate that it leads to an end game.

I like it, but I like it more if I am playing a game with incest as the main theme. I also prefer that it not be at the ending only I want to watch that belly get bigger over time and the sex scenes.

Sure and I also like pregnancy being part of the plot and visually represented. Still it should be remotely realism based, i.e. there's no such thing like a pregnant toddler. Besides that it does not really matter to me if it's a petite girl or curvy milf that is pregnant.

In terms of games, how would you go about implementing it? Would you like to only have it as a concept? Characters getting pregnant and have a skip until they give birth. Or would you want it to be visually represented and influencing the story/gameplay?

Also... what are your tastes in the looks of pregnant women? You like a petite with a big belly or prefer curvy milf with big breasts and bigger belly.
