Pregnancy involving a human fetus is kind of nasty. I don't really mind a petite character's belly bulging from other things, like semen, slime, a parasite or some kind of "monster/demon" pregnancy (not those fucked up human+creature crossbreeds you sometimes see).

Personally, I feel like it’s completing the whole point of sex to begin with. Makes me feel like I completed a purpose in the game, but I can see how some people aren’t a fan of it

I don't like pregancy in real life nor in games. I mean, it's a nightmare. I don't find it sexy, I really don't see how it can turn on people. The shape of the body is also deformed in a really ugly way, it's not just "bigger tits".

I definitely enjoy any type of pregnancy content. There's not enough of that out there, and as others have said it's often relegated to an end of game epilogue, which is fine but not really want I'd want.

I like it and would like to see more of it in games, not as an epilogue but actually in the game. I like seeing the progression as it goes

Love it. Would be better if these kids didn't just appear in the epilogue and you actually could see them grow and eventually work for you or take their own paths. This could lead to sequel ideas for the devs too

Not really my cup of tea and usually avoid it if its possible. But it doesn't ruin a game for me if its there and it fits the story well.

I like it near the end of a game. It feels like the final icing on the cake, especially in a harem situtation.
However, sex with a pregnant woman is gross to me. So if the pregnancy happens mid-game that is a personal no-no.
