Pregnancy is usually like a bonus achievement. It's extra and not essential to most stories and more often than not ends up in the epilogue. The other extreme is crazy prego-fetish stuff that just makes it crazy pointless and pretty repulsive. I think Zargon's Young Again has done one of the best mid-game pregnancies where it's there if you want it while having plenty of story left to actually see what happens.

Really agree with you here. Like any other kink, pregnancy has it's place and can be really nice when done right. If done wrong then it's just bad, or worse pointless.

In terms of games, how would you go about implementing it? Would you like to only have it as a concept? Characters getting pregnant and have a skip until they give birth. Or would you want it to be visually represented and influencing the story/gameplay?

Also... what are your tastes in the looks of pregnant women? You like a petite with a big belly or prefer curvy milf with big breasts and bigger belly.

Love it in every form, and on every body type, I try any game that has a Preg system/storyline, really wish there was more games that would incorperate it in a way other then as an ending.
