Definitely is a plus when a game has the option, specially if it comes with lactation fetish too. But it has to be done right, unlike games like Summertime where the pregnant characters become unavailable, and can fuck up some storylines.

If you're going to add pregnancy to the game, I believe it would have to be in stages. Pregnancy has to be optional, and if it's by probability, there should be the option to disable pregnancy in the options. That way, I believe it serves all types of audiences.
Regarding seeing the heroine even when she is pregnant: I would like to continue seeing her even when she is pregnant, and have interactions with her, perhaps unique interactions.
