If it's handled intelligently, which means most of the time I hate it. Usually it's a side issue for the MC, and that's annoying. Make it the conflict driving the plot, and you've got my attention.

I don't really need it or want it games. If theres a story reason, then its ok. I know in incest games some people really want it, but it just feels like a dead end if they do implement it. Like ok their pregnant, are we really going to go through the birth and now become a dad? Idk don't really care for it

If you can nutt into the girl, and she is from a certain age, and she and you dont use protection then she should get pregnant after some time. Unless the MC is not fertile.
I do remember that women who are pregnant do tent to be more horney then before.
So pregnancy is a sweet addition to a game, if you can still fck them when they are pregnant. But a baby isnt needed ingame, then can be at baby care 24/7 after birth. Maybe foster care.

Yes, but sadly I have not found examples of an engaging pregnancy story. Either the pregnancy is shown only during the epilogue as some sort of prize, or it is just a couple of pregnant scenes mid-story and then BAM! Kid is born and forgotten.
Then there is pregnancy of secondary characters as an evil plot McGuffin (f.e. in "Lewd Town Adventures")
Somebody has maybe more engaging examples?

23 sisters do it different, but weirdly with the girls being born in days and grow up in a week due to experimental stuff.

I do prefer pregnancy path, there is something flattering about a girl in the story wanting my/MCs baby.
Not big into baby belly but it's nice as a sign that something actually happened, so as a story tool I'd prefer something to happen.

I also do like time jumps, some stories occur it blistering ingame speed that could do with being spread out by a simple "one month later" cut

Yes pregnancy all the way. Most games only got it as option or epilog. I would like to have it as influence the story and goes along with it. I´m ok if there is some time skips between some grade of the pregnancy. Also lewd scene with them are superb.

As for the side question about the body type: I prefer petite to Loli-type put every other type is also ok for me.

I like it, i also agree with what others posted it annoying when there only in the epilogue only a few games have done it right like MWneus I also like it when its realistic not abnormally fast like shattered minds. I also think its cool when you are able to see your kids.
