I enjoy all aspects, but must actually lead somewhere and not just be a small side event.
Gameplay wise, pregnancy should be considered at the start of whatever game the dev is making. It should serve as a good mid-point for the game, something like a LI announcing that they're pregnant. Then, as the story continues, the character should also visually change to represent how far along they are. Sex scenes with the LI being pregnant should also be made. Time skips are okay, just as long as it doesn't totally skip over them actually being pregnant (ex: a LI saying they're pregnant and then the game fast-forwards to them carrying a baby.) I really dislike it when devs do that.In the topic of pregnancy. What is the stuff that you like about it and the stuff that you don't?
In terms of games, how would you go about implementing it? Would you like to only have it as a concept? Characters getting pregnant and have a skip until they give birth. Or would you want it to be visually represented and influencing the story/gameplay?
Also... what are your tastes in the looks of pregnant women? You like a petite with a big belly or prefer curvy milf with big breasts and bigger belly.
Strive for Power and Strive Conquest?I was thinking of a game that includes pregnancy more often. Letting you breed girls and then add the offspring as future party members. And by having girls pregnant, they become less effective in other things such as combat or other works.

I'm planning to do some fantasy stuff with different races and pregnancy times. Maybe also just add certain traits or mutations to make them more fast, fun or more functional to the game.
I really liked the idea of skipping a week and maybe get a small rundown of the events that happened in that week
