Not really a fan of it, I have to say.
It doesn't really fit with the incest tag. Why do you want to make the girls you love all fat and less interested in sex in the first place ?

I like it in the story, and love to see some progression. Body type doesn't matter, but I love to see them naked. There are a few games that do some pregnancy things well that I've run into, such as Lab Rats 2. Then there are the HTML games that give you a chance to hit up the progeny, such as Adam and Gaia (but that has all kinds of kinks in it.) and Masters of Raana has it in, but only for your "wife".

As for games - it's part of life, I like as realistic games as possible (to the extent that you can even talk about realism in such games).Age? It stresses me out when I see very young girls in the last stages of pregnancy. Women of age is also extreme, risk of having children with the same Down syndrome and so on. The optimal age is 23-28 years old.
