Anything sexual that involves a person/a body part isn't a fetish, according to some standards. But since, as you said, it's a porn game - maybe you're right, on a different level.

Would like at least one game to actually have the Pregnancy content as a middle of the story.
Doesnt have to be game days after a certain point but game months. Show the Baby bump grow (lewd scenes at different stages) the the Birth.
Middle of story - Perhaps some game days of that change then a highlight real of next few years of MC and LI's (and child/children) Grow older say into thier 30's to 40's.
Then back to game days of changed family dynamic, personalities and story continues.
Now we can throw in the Incest, loli/hebe content and perhaps add more pregnancy content...
Radiant had a close to it story but sadly that game is in Limbo.

Depends, is it just a number on a stat card or is the game actually built around it. Cant really think of a game that has the former since I tend to not care about them, but Lisa Total Investigation has the pregnancy aspect as a part of the game that is directly involved in the narrative.
