After I wrote this, I randomly stumbled across a game called The Invisible Pervert. It's close to the game I describe. A guy has a scientist experiment on him and give him the ability to become invisible. There's a little too much wasted time on hand-wringing though. We all know he's going to end up spying on his sisters so I just wanted him to get on with it. It has the wrinkle where he struggles to control his invisibility and gets in trouble. Some very hot sequences. Definitely recommend. No time stop though.

Apocalypse Harem
Society collapses and all the old rules go out the window. Women quickly get collected into harems of wicked men who mistreat them. The MC sets out to save his mother and sisters by being rich and powerful enough to start his own harem. His family is happy to be saved from their fate, but they're surprised to learn that he plans to fuck them too. When women learn that he has a reputation for treating his women well, they start to seek him out and his harem starts to grow.
Last Man on Earth/Repopulate the Human Race
I've seen a few games attempt this. Either by a literal "last man" premise, by geography/circumstances making you the only man around all women, or by lazy coincidence. Usually the MC is too passive. The women are in charge and use the MC like a communal dildo. I want a lovingly dominant MC. The women try to use him whenever they want, but he flips the script on them and dominates them. He has the only dick and therefore decides when he has sex. He turns the women into his harem and makes them accept that he has sex with all of them.
It might be fun to have it start with incest. Maybe the MC and his sisters awake from cryo sleep in a fallout style vault. Their parents saved their kids from whatever kind of apocalypse happened, and now the kids wake up in a world where everyone else is dead. And nature has reclaimed everything (more horizon zero dawn apocalypse, less fallout). Since you and your sisters are the only ones left, you have an Adam and Eve situation with four different "Eves" who are all your family. Maybe the characters are young and haven't heard society tell them that incest is wrong and they start have sex and repopulate. It would probably be more fun if they had to struggle with the idea of incest being the only way to repopulate the earth. You all want to start having kids in order to survive and for humanity to continue, but the only women available are your sisters. Each girl should have different reactions to their circumstances and should warm up to the idea at different speeds. Eventually you find that there are a few other survivors (all conveniently hot women) but by that point you're regularly breeding your sisters. Maybe you're starting to breed your daughters by the time the other women show up and move into your little community. The new women are a bit shocked to learn that all these girls are fucking their own brother/dad but they're just too happy to have finally found a dick to care.

So there's this game I played recently called Miami Crime. Maintain your criminal empire, that sort of thing management you can find. But in that game if you manage to have a son before your game over you play as them. Not really too in depth a system, just a name change and a soft reset (some upgrades are shared across your family). That's something I don't see (or I'm just too blind to find) in games, instead of focusing on a character you focus on a legacy. In the few games that add a meaningful pregnancy, any kids are at best NPCs in the world.
So an empire / business / tycoon, management / building game, you have personal stats, have kids with women who also have stats. The kids role stats based on the parents, pick one you like as an heir and then you can retire (or die) and play as them, or play longer and teach the kid for a stat boost or something then retire or die. Maybe some system for whatever your siblings who weren't picked are doing? But putting an actual legacy system in one of the bigger, more in depth games would be amazing.

I like the concept!
Most of the games I can think of with legacy systems are sfw (Crusader Kings, Bannerlord, Rome Total War, Rimworld, etc.).
Sunless Sea has a legacy system similar to the type of you describe, where after the player character gets married and has a kid, they can start a new playthrough as that kid and have certain upgrades carry over. But the game doesn't really have teaching or child-raising mechanics. And it's not really a lewd game, despite having romance.
In terms of fully nsfw games:
-Wape's Incubus City has a legacy system where past choices influence the next "breeding" cycle. (Fair warning: the game is heavy on non-con, with the player as dom.)

-Certain lewd games with pregnancy and child-raising have new game plus modes (for example, eraTW), but it's just starting over as a new character with some upgrades, rather than as the previous character's kid.
-I can't think of *any* lewd games where you can raise your kid's stats AND then play as them. The closest thing would probably be lewd fan mods for Crusder Kings, Rimworld (e.g. RJW), and similar games. I'm not too familiar with that modding scene, but you could try checking Lover's Labs and see what turns up.
That's about all I've got. I feel like I'm probably overlooking something, though.

They're pretty dark, but I'd definitely recommend 'em.
I'd also recommend Pyorgara's games News Desk and Soldier's Life, which are both about turning an icy employee into the player's personal whore. (Despite the dark premise, they have some surprisingly tender moments too.)

For school corruption combined with casual nudity and free use, I'd also recommend BolHex's Corrupted Academy: There are a fair few school management games out there, but this is one of the best in my opinion.
LabRats2 and Westane's The Company also have some good secretary/employee corruption content.

It's not based around buttfun, but it is an option with most, if not all, the characters. It's been a few years since I played it so apologies if it's not 100% accurate information.
Remember it stood out to me at the time because of relatively decent looking models with reasonable attributes.

I really want this as well! In my mind it has been centered around a scenario similar to Craster from Game of Thrones. Basically, you have your own clan remote from civilization and need to intelligently manage your enclave through generations. More of an apocalyptic scenario, maybe, where your motivation is both to survive and ensure the continuity of your clan. Since the stakes are high and resources limited, morality is completely optional and you need to do what must be done, both to retain your power and status, and ensure your lineage.
Man, that is something I would pay for,

Don't think I've seen many free use games. And I don't mean the "you fuck everybody you want because you're the main character" type of game, but actually "you live in a world where everybody can fuck everybody else". There was a game/mod called A Town Unfiltered that was being developed way long ago but I'm pretty sure it's abandoned now.
