There are a few...in Chimera no Hanshoku you hunt and fight lolis, if they beat you you are done, if you beat them you swallow them to harvest their juices (tentacle style) for the rest of your life and grow in size and power from it while you look for the next girl.
There are more, but this is the one i remember the name because it stands out.

Not my first choice but can work.
I crave to dominate woman.
As long that part is met the main character isnt that important.
Tentical games can be fun as hide and seek games.
Being a ship ai that slowly turns the crew into mindless drones is fun.
Being a gaint talking dick isnt fun.

It's an interesting thought but I think sex is so inherently human that it's difficult to relate to it from a non-human perspective.

Animals are perhaps a bit borderline. I did play a game with a dog MC, it was ok because I (and many other humans) can relate to how a dog might think.

But animals which are much further removed from humans, such as insects or squids, will be difficult. Let alone robots etc.

there are surprisingly very few games like this. usually i usually don't like non human MCs unless there's a good reason, like ravager for example, you're a big fucking dragon and that's cool
