Hours is better than never. Just hit download then go to bed or do something else. Nothing truly has to be instant to work outside quantum mechanics. Makes me wonder what people will do for Earth internet on Mars when lag is 8-20 minutes just for the download to start at 100kb/s or no access at all when the Sun blocks it for several weeks every 2 years. As far as another loli artist disappearing, that's nothing new. Prob the usual woke morons ran them off to the dark web. Or more likely ordinary real life got in the way, which tends to happen often in any 5-year period for anyone that has one.

For the good stuff you will prob need an invite and/or know the .onion site to go beforehand (you learn this from other encrypted chatrooms like on A T F and hope it's not a sting op), it really doesn't work the same as Google, for similar reasons as not being able to just walk into Walmart and ask if they have any otc cocaine or any rpg launchers on sale.
