At first I quoted your post in that topic in question but it is an off-topic, so I decided to move the post to a more appropriate topic, so that we don't spam the developer's topic. What I don't get, is the fact, that you quoted a 4 month old post, that I made in a game thread and started now a discussion I never wanted in a off topic thread, when my main argument was, that a game dev cuts himself actively and intentionally off from the majority of players and supporters by modifying his VN in a way, that they aren't usable anymore on Win, while he also says that Microsoft and Apple are the big bad companies, while he supports Android, that comes from the biggest spyware company the planet has seen, Google. So please, leave me alone with this unnecessary and (at least from my side) unwanted BS discussion. I don't care what you use or how you view the threat from these companies. You do you, because I won't force my opinion on you as well.
And I'm not forcing anything on you, I simply told you where you were wrong.
As for Windows, some things can't be avoided/disabled, no matter how smart you are bc the installer is closed source and there's nothing you can do to go around that. Like the BS thing that it refuses to install, if you have 4 or more devices (partitions) bc it wants to create at least one more unwanted partition (sometimes it creates at least 3 more partitions and it never asks for permission, it just creates them, whether you want that or not). Since it's an OS made by imbeciles, it can't work with more than 3 partitions. If you don't understand what I'm talking about, try to install Windows on a computer with 4 (or more) storage devices, it doesn't matter if they're SSD or HDD, only their number matters. And to make things worse - it will still refuse to install, even if you convert ALL 4 devices to GPT as the Windows installer requests. On top of that the Windows disk manager is even more idiotic than the people who made it bc when you try to covert a disk to GPT partition table, it automatically creates two partitions with random sizes on that same disk and eventually you'd find out that the first partition for an unknown reason has remained MBR and the other has been converted to GPT. You'll have to run GParted (a linux disk management program) to fix the mess that Windows Disk Manager has created.
Bottom line - you use whatever you like. Like I said, I simply told where you were wrong and why I hate that thing (WIndows), after 20 years of self-torturing with it.
