Generally, nude. Unless there's a stellar set of clothes that the girl can wear that really captures the eye and imagination, like a gift-ribbon wrapping her up to strategically cover all the naughty bits (just barely), or a miniskirt without panties beneath that keeps flipping up to expose what hides beneath. Otherwise, I like a sense of casualness to the sexuality present in a game. It can start out with everyone having normal sensibilities that are gradually warped into total rejection of sexual mores, or it can begin with everyone being free-use nudists; either one works for me. I just know that I really enjoy when the characters in-story are nonchalant, on at least some level, regarding sex and nudity.
I've seen the argument that such a lack of attention paid to the illicit nature of sex/nudity causes the sensual bits of a story to stop feeling so special and/or taboo, but it does the opposite for me: it's a constant transgression against sexual norms from moment to moment, scene to scene, which I find pretty great.
