There are two things NTR does that seem superior to non-NTR games:

The women get actually pleased. Unless it’s just a flavour of rape, the women are "seduced" away, usually by pleasure. (Well, I say "usually", but I haven’t actually played many NTR games… ʅ(ツ)ʃ )
For people who like "fucked silly" or similar stuff, there’s more in NTR than in other porn.

The second thing is that it actually adds a conflict to the story. Instead of a bland big-dicked MC whom all the women instantly fall for, there’s at least some sort of conflict. Even if it’s bad conflict, that’s better than nothing, I guess?

I have no issues with NTR if the game allows you to toggle it off/on at all moments. Very few games do that right.
Not a fan of games that are centered around NTR though.

Like many of the genres in LC, great in a game (particularly if its optional), bad in real life.
I like the fact that many of the genres exist, even if I choose not to play them. As for NTR, I like to play then and thumbs up to those Devs who present it well.

"Solo male MC getting all the girls" is most games I come across. Is this your preferred format or are you okay with MC sharing his harem?
I'm not talking about NTR, cheating or the girls doing things with each other.
Would you play a game, where you share your harem with a trusted friend (either just him and the girls or being part of a threesome, foursome, etc...) or where you share your family with a son, father, brother, etc.

Sharing in my definition means MC is involved in the act. Not as a viewer, but actively.

Solo, but if there's a best friend character who you can decide to either steal his girl or encourage their relationship, and if the best friend is well written and likeable, I sometimes let them have their girl. For example, Marcus in Dreams of Desire I'll choose the route that gets him fucking his mom instead of taking Latisha for myself because incest homies gotta do right by one another and he's the broest of bros.
