It shouldn't. NTR means it's the MC that gets cheated on or such. There ARE ones where a female MC bangs a lot of guys (and/or girls) but it's rarely considered a harem, except sometimes as lesbian only. Reverse harem?

It would still be a harem if a slut protagonist has a loyal dick collection...just the one of the most disgusting harems possible, include futas and you have the worst kind. However, a "reverse" harem would not be defined by the protagonists gender.

You could make a incest-cuck story. Lets say a brother in love with his lesbian sister, she collects a harem, including the girls formerly interested in her brother...the only question would be if you add a "no sexual content" or a "peeping tom" tag, depends on the size of the keyholes in the house ^^

There's one game where the MC's mother keeps stealing his girlfriends, and sister and cousin to make her own harem. I wish I could find it. Definitely a great concept!
Maybe have a single good ending where he gets permission to go get a new gf but has to leave their sister/mother to their harem.

There isn't enough unapologetically horny lesbian games.
I mean, slow-burn wholesome yuri is great, but just one really raunchy title couldn't hurt!
