Koikatsu is the graphics engine. Koikatsu is a game/character creator made by Illusion that makes it easy to create 3d anime style characters as well as pose them in different environments to make renders for games.
Most 3d games are going to have a Koikatsu, HS2 (Honey Select 2), HS (Honey Select), Daz, or VAM tag to tell you which graphics engine the renders were made in

Honestly surprised to not see the loli tag. I will give this one a shot. I always hate complaining about English mistakes, but they do have a significant effect on the game. Of course, if I was doing anything in another language it would look pretty damn awful!

Ok, just ran through the game. The English is meh, but not enough to really drag down the game. I like the set ups thus far and look forward to payoffs in the future. Four eps in with 1 scene, but it is world-building, so no issues there.
