It's not abandoned, still in development, currently fixing a lot of the early scenes.

About the use of AI, it saves me a lot of time to animate scenes, the results arent great, but are way better than what I was able to make with 4-6 frames.
I will post a couple videos in matrix soon.

I played kingdom a few years ago and I'm waiting for this quasi-remaster you're making, so I can replay it. Take your time, do it healthily, u're one of a kind in the genre, Im happy just to know that ure working on it and didn't abandoned, and giving us some feedback once in a while.

Here's a German translation for you.

Perhaps there's someone here who can use it.

Here a small taste of what I'm doing, for those wondering, AI is only used for animation.
The characters, scenes, scene layout, etc, is done completely by me either in DAZ and/or Blender, the sounds, music, sfx, etc are from a number of CC0 packs provided by a lot of artist (which they say where made by themselves yet I have no way to confirm that) I will attribute those who requested that in the game's credits.

I actually think it looks good

Waiting for the update. Please take your time and make it great like the other updates. Too many devs do quicker updates or more content with Ai now, but the quality is so damn bad I would prefer 1 scene good made instead of 5 with AI slop. AI can be great if used correctly and not just take the first what you get. Problem most take the first thing they get... Love to see you still working on the game. Been here since first release. Hope you have a better grafic card now.

Overall pretty good, but the eyes just always look a bit scuffed when using AI.

Finished this game last week. I had more fun than I expected. I though it would be corny or weird with the furry tag. But I'll happily admit that I was pleasantly surprised by it all. Bookmarked and will eagerly await the next update. Great work so far etrusmo:love:

I thoroughly enjoyed this game! It touched upon some themes I thought were not for me, and did them in a way that hit just right. These teases of the enhancements are great, I can't wait to see what the next update will have.

Do you advise started from scratch when the update releases, or are the early scenes fixes negligible stuff (typos and the likes)?

So far only the first blowjob, first night with Fariza and the forced cunnilingus have been redone and should be replayed, but if you still have your save you will be able to replay them from the replay menu without starting from scratch, or at least that's the idea.

The eyes are a limitation of the technology and hardware, AI can't do 1080 images to video, at least not in my hardware, so I have to resize everything to 720p which lose detail then upscale back to 1080p with AI, that makes things with fine details like eyes and eyelashes look weird.

Thank you for making this game, and not abandoning it.

As I said in other forum, i won't stop developing the game unless I finish it, I will finish this game even if it takes me a decade to finish it, and I will also make and finish the others I have in mind (probably with less dialogue than in this one as it seems that is taking a lot of time as well),

Has there been any news on the game?

The post literally just before yours is the dev giving news on the game a few weeks ago!

But if it's a date you're looking for, there is none that I know of. But it's actively in development, including revisiting early content.

I really like the dev for this game, but I will probably be 80 before this thing gets finished. Anyway, best wishes and all of that.

Ah I didn't see thank you and thank you for replying

Im for the "responsible use" of AI to make video from a render. The problem is 95% of devs skip the responsible part and just post whatever is spewed at them into the game. This scene, while a bit odd, doesnt immediately have anything that would set me off. Not one of your players, so I don't really know about the game, but I will assume the 4 titties is normal since she also has horns. But... if by chance the extra titties and horns are not part of the game and AI added them, this should be a NOPE. Although I just confirmed on the OP preview images that stuff liek this is normal. But, what about the pit hair? Is that part of the render, or added by AI?

Ive ranted in a few other posts about this, so I will not repeat it here. If you are interested, some of it is in this post and a few posts below it: VN - Ren'Py - DAZ - Harvesting Corruption [v0.0.49] [JuicyGenieGames]

If you are one of the 5% of devs that are actively reviewing the output video, looking for bugs or shit that "does not look right" and trying again, or giving up and not doing an animation there, then I would back that. If you are just giving it a quick glance and tossing it into the videos folder and into the game, you are going to piss off players, and help the Anti-AI in games crowd by giving them more ammunition against it. Read the posts above and look at some of the horrible examples I gave. MC fucking a girl in a parking lot and in the video suddenly the parking lot asphalt is an ocean. Dev shipped that shit. Less bad, but MC picks up and gropes the fuck out of his sister on the porch, and not only do her shoes switch types halfway through, but the over exaggerated level of groping turned into physical assault while the text made it sound like he was sneakily barely touching her. Stuff like that stands out and will cause your players to de-immerse from the story.

The dev of the post from above explained that making this video from a render is not cheap, so sometimes he has to just accept it. I kinda get it... but not really. If you spend money on a gamble and get shit from it, that does not mean you have to use that shit. His example was not horrible (a dirt field in the render becoming a muddy pond in the video) but it was still a bit jarring. If that cost him $100... then maybe I would leave it in to feel less of the loss. But I prob wouldnt be spending $100 on a gamble again. But if we are talking $5 per video... I would not have put that one in the game. And I would practice more or study to find out what I could do to make it better in the future.

Your game does not exactly seem to be up my alley, but I ended up here from the "Latest Posts" and saw your AI video comment. I personally want AI render>video to get better and be used because the 5% devs that do it right really give a boost to their game. But the others... they just hurt the rest. So while I am not likely to play your game or support you, I hope you join the 5% and have great success with it. Actually, you are an NTR dev, so I hate you and hope you fail. Kidding. Maybe.

I'm starting to doubt this "in development" shit, but who am I to be complained . Welp, anyway, let's wait for a "decade", shall we?
