MODs right away or Vanilla first?

I do vanilla for regular games on my first playthrough. If its an adult game, I usually check for incest mods. Not trying to bang the landlady.

I will start out mod free. If I find I need a mods to improve my gaming experience, I will add mods part way through my first playthrough.

I always install mods first, i rarely play a porn game more then once so i don't see the point of vanilla runs.

I like to have mods at the beginning so I can see major break points for separate saves. One like the ones Sancho does that gives the data to make those decisions is helpful. I still tend to play my primary route the way I want to, but I also know where I need to have a save point to go back and get other scenes/achievements/etc. I don't use a gallery mod until I've exhausted my routes and still see that I've missed something - seeing how it played out tells me what I may need to go back and do.

With,, always with.
Specially If the mod includes a patch and a wt, I will play with the mod.
Very few games now are vanilla but are censored from the start. So you will need a mod/patch to play it as intended.
So i'm not sure what you mean by vanilla. The AS IS these days are all censored or pretending to be Land Lady's with daughters that have no relation to me what so ever.

Mixing modded and non-modded games is usually a bad idea. I either go for the mods or decompile the game myself

I'll use aesthetic mods for the first playthrough if they're available, but I reserve gameplay mods for the second playthrough.

Vanilla. If it's an unfamiliar project, at least to get a handle on the game mechanics.

I always download mods that help me with the game, I don't wanna spend time tryna figure out which character i got to talk to continue the story

Mods always. I hold a personal grudge against devs who try to intentionally break modded saves each update

Mods for walktrough and raise the stats in case it is too grindy. The rest i play how i would like

If available, always download MOD right away, especially walkthrough MOD. Like to have the option of using it or not as I play the game.
