yeah wrong complaint about the MC, I wasn't a fan of the bits where they imagine something happening then it's revealed that it didn't happen. And the MC/Sis both wanting the same thing but neither one of them is willing to make the first move.
Fair enough

The new update for the game is out. I tried to make a one time payment on pixiv to get it, but was unsuccessful. I tried multiple times but got rejected with a card that I know is good and I have also used on pixiv before. I don't know if this is the fault of the credit card company or pixiv. Pixiv has become extremely ban-happy recently.

The way it works is lately the credit card companies don't ban/close a merchant account wholesale (ie all of Pixiv in this case) but keep a blacklist of things they won't approve payments for, and it's all automated. Any loli AVN they become aware of is most certainly put on that list. Only way around it is if Pixiv renames the "product" being sold on the finance side of things which they are probably reluctant to do since that could get them banned entirely by the pp's if they become aware of it. I keep telling people, use crypto like Monero. Who cares if it takes a week for the payment to go through, it's necessary if you hate censorship at this point. Blame the elected idiots in charge who thought it was a good idea to mostly give payment companies a near-duopoly. I mean fuck the FTC's antitrust suit against Meta, social media is disposable/unnecessary anyway so who cares if there's no competition in that silly crap, no one will have their life ruined by simply not using it (contrary to what my younger kids think). Go after Visa if anything, relatively easy case to win if they can do so vs AT&T (though it was an 8-year trial that was over half a century in the making).

I guess the infuriating part is that every last bit of content I look at is completely legal in my jurisdiction. Production is legal. Sale is legal. Purchase is legal. Ownership is legal. Viewing is legal. It's all just cartoons at the end of the day. Yet, we have some douchebag middleman insert himself into the equation and prevent people from doing what they enjoy without harming anybody.
Over the years, I have probably followed/supported 10 or so creators on Pixiv. At this point, 3 remain. One has publicly stated he has abandoned his project. One is essentially shadow banned -- still exists but no way to support and all post hidden. The last (this one) still appears to exist, but it is impossible to support.
The only abuse happening is completely between me and my left hand (the right hand is on the mouse).

I saw that this game creator has an account on S-Star. Cool. I'll just go support them there. Shouldn't be a problem -- I have other S-Star subs. and the dev's account looks current with posts etc.
Shocker! I couldn't support them on S-Star either.
I wonder if getting a prepaid card from the supermarket could get around this BS? Probably not. They all use the same payment processors.

Yeah it's blacklisted on the network side, so how you access it trying to "buy" the same thing won't matter. Some devs take crypto on Unifans, not sure if he was one of them after last year's loli purge. Shit like this is why I've 100% decided to simply not take money other than legal reasons (harder to find someone for LE when there's no money to follow) when the time eventually comes to unleash my AVN (incest based on a true story, lolis added later, may even go the pr AI route instead of Daz if consistency issues are solved).

I saw that some were planning to create a facade for payments, like, they promote themselves on forums like this with the content they're creating, but their Patreon, SS, or whatever, has completely different content, and then they coordinate everything behind the scenes.

Whether that works or not is highly debatable, but in the end, they're always options to try to make things easier for the client. Sure, you can always use crypto... but not everyone feels comfortable using them, creating a paywall that's out of their control, and in the end, that reduces profits, which translates into less motivation to continue working and ultimately leads to the cancellation of everything.

It's easier to screw people who see fake content about something immoral than to go after real criminals. It's the typical bullshit you'll see everywhere, but it's the truth. Small victories they can present and say "Look, we're doing our job," but in reality, they're just pissing off a group that isn't harming anyone and also causing inconvenience to others through collateral damage. Many people who don't even consume loli-related content can't use SS because of those idiots. At the same time, creators see their income reduced because people can't subscribe. But instead of doing good, they only encourage the growth of the black market through their actions.

Back to the topic, all creators face difficulties due to censorship.
On the other hand, if someone started a TOR page that worked like Patreon, they could make a good amount of money. I say this as if it were easy, but there is a need to be filled and many people willing to put their money into something of that nature.
It may already exist and I just don't know about it.

they "thought it was a good idea" because it was their idea. Lookup operation chokepoint.

Dread Pirate Roberts is freshly pardoned, just sayin.

How long until public release usually?

EDIT: How curious. Several Chinese sites have the latest update but they require an account to download. One site had a coin system so you can't get it for free. No clue if their version even has an English language.

Here is a link (chinese) that claims to have the new update 0.12 小绿山 Little Green Hill v0.12 汉化版 动态SLG 2.3GB - 热岛网

One of the pictures of the update apparently

Considering the lack of involvement with actual loli I'm not very hopeful on this update. It might go somewhere around update 2.0, or it might just tease for 5 years before going abandoned. Who knows.

It released for the lowest sub tier on the 24th so it should be public on the 1st of May

I guess it depends on choices. In my playthrough MC fucked like an 8yo last update (one of the pink house girls), so loli action is definitely there.

Well, it’s ready! I hope I didn’t mess anything up, but I’m pretty sure there’s going to be something.

If you find any bugs, errors, or anything like that, don’t hold back, just post it so I can fix it as quickly as possible.

Damn, that was one confusing season ending, but nicely done anyway.
Hope we really getting to keep loli-Nova around.

Not a terrible important bug: On my save, the last versions popular vote still triggered, but did so without any images.

wow cool! if it has animations, does it have a page to bookmark for when it comes out?

Did I already make a post here? If not, this is one of the best games still in development by far, on par with Burned, though I haven't seen any trans characters (not futa). I hope this and Burned launches a finished version and perhaps even sequels. I mean, even if they don't know how to continue or start a new story, the animations are killer though this one had more penetration without showing the connection than I would have liked, just a random peeve of mine.
