It depends, it has to have some variation, if different scenes uses the same audio every-time, it just becomes annoying. Recently I was playing a NTR game (RJ01234887) and I got to a scene where you could just hear your sister sucking a dude off screen and it became the hottest section of that game for me.

Most of the sounds are pretty bad and don't fit and ruined it. I play with sound off usually

Honestly, just yes. Now the same exact sound looping can get annoying however in general even that's better then no sound what so ever. Of course a better sound scape, with more sounds, matching intent and intensity and matching the characters, or even better syncing up perfectly, and so on, etc. Is going to be even better.

Agreed, some sound is better than no sound at all in almost all cases to me. Good sound design for including lewd sounds would be preferred, but mediocre is okay since thats still better than nothing. They have to be done reaaaally badly to take me out of the game. Which thankfully I haven't encountered too often.

Absolutely, having the option is best, to toggle and on and off. But sound effects can add so much to a game. Especially when using still images, the sound effects can evoke motion and action so well. It really makes any game much more immersive. Like, when listening to a VM and hearing a corresponding sound effect to the body does so much. You can follow through with the dialogue and actions. Although, if the sound effects loop or the voice loops, it can get annoying. But that isn't something I've found that annoying or ran into that often. Having a toggle would probably make everyone happy.
