yea, well, you're right, it is out on other sites, and download is fine and working. I just don't know how to go about getting the download on this site updated, I don't just want to link to another site that wouldn't be fair to Heisenberg, that would be fair to his hard work

Disclaimer = I did a search for Complete and Completed in this thread. If I missed the answer, I'm sorry.

I'm probably wrong, but in my experience, final, that word, it doesn't mean what you think it means.
Sorry for the quote, heh. I'm old as fuck.

For some sites and/or games, Final means, as you suspect, Completed.
But for other sites, Final means for THAT release. Made up example: (waiting for the release of 1.9) -> Partial (release of 1.9) -> Beta 1.9 -> Final 1.9.

OR, the game could be done and I'm full of shit . I dunno. Someone to confirm either way.
