There is a character that is trans, but there is no content. At one point in time there was a vote to include content but it was shot down by subs. I think it can be removed at this point since it has been clear it won't be included anymore.

Am I missing something or did nothing happen at the 1.2? It's a good filler update but except one little scene, there is no lewd content. Though, looks like we are getting rid of father so one of the best update for me.
