I don't care. We are all human beings, we may differ from each other in skin color, eye shape, but at the core we are the same. That's why I've never been able to understand this interracial kink. In games, I don't care what race the MC or his LI belongs to. I do not observe a lack of representatives of one or another race.

I wound't mind seeing more ethnicity in games, even mixed race would be welcome.
Something else I would like to see more is goth, punk and tomboy characters. I'm also not talking about girls wanting to be a man but rather the adventurous type that is not afraid of not looking good.

I've seen Latina, black, Asian, and Indian characters, but I don't think I've ever seen a Native American LI in a porn game aside from a Disney parody with Pocahontas.

My game Tomboy Supremacy has all those except Indian, whchi I do have planned for the future. I got two half-asian half-sisters, I got a chick who's mom is from Somalia and a Mexican girl. I also got a Middle Eastern girl.
