I prefer flat to medium breasts, but I don't mind larger sizes, the max I can honestly tolerate is a D maybe DD, anything bigger than that just doesn't make sense to me, for example the mother from Twisted World absolutely pisses me off and drives me nuts.

I think it's really more about proportions. The problem with a lot of art with gigantic tits is that they're way out of proportion.

Way more about shape for me than size (assuming they're within realistic proportions in relation to the rest of the body). Prefer perky ones over saggy ones and smaller areola over bigger areola for example.
I remember reading a plastic surgery study about how breasts with a 45:55 ratio (of upper to lower breast or something, don't remember the details) are considered the most visually appealing by the majority and while I don't necessarily agree with plastic surgery, the examples of boobs with such ratio did all look fucking great

Bottom heavy is definitely the way to go, both visually and physically.

I guess it depends on what you define as sagging. For me the breast tissue being subjected to gravity does not really count as sagging. Its where when the skin is getting to big for the tissue when it starts to get less attractive for me, and I would call it sagging. haha It makes me think of those tribe pictures were women just throw their boob flaps over their shoulder xD
