discussion Is gameplay important to you?

Do you prefer games with little to no gameplay so you get to the sex scenes quickly (like NPC games for example) or games that actually play like games but with sex scenes?

Being honest, I only play porn games for a mix of horny and gameplay. Gameplay can vary from rpg to a choice-driven adventure game, but should still be the main pillar that holds the game up. I enjoy it even more when gameplay and sex intermingle, so like, sex abilities in combat for example

i think that with porn games,the most important is writing,if i dont care about the characters,i will probably end up skipping through the story

Depends i sure do appreciate good gameplay but the main attraction for me is usually just the scenes

Gameplay would be cool if it's actually good. I recently finished black souls and the gameplay, while still turn-based, was actually pretty decent. along the way, they even revolutionized the way you play through extra turns and weapon changes.

depends on what type usually most games just have a point and click model, grind stats/money loop which are pretty boring I'd preffer a bit more gameplay variety

If the gameplay makes the world/characters more believable, that is what I like. Just a little suspension of disbelief that it's a 'real' vg character and not some horny guy's art.
The best to me, personally, is when h content is part of the gameplay. Its just rare.

I dont think i have played a game that implemented game play in i good way. Like if you are in a middle of a important conversation in the story and all of a sudden there is a rythem game pop up just feel awkward

story, but the way to go is to mix both in the same game. You can have a story game with one super-easy character while you need to play the story to fuck the other characters.

i love a game with good gameplay, but most games dont really have good gameplay and id rather play a vn

The only gameplay that I've enjoyed was from Summertime Saga, most games with gameplay pad the playtime with tedious grind that just not worth the investment

Ild say games with entertaining gameplay stand out to me a lot more rather than the usual games with 100% H and that's it. As long as the gameplay isnt too long that it breaks the immersion or make it too hard to get to the scenes good gameplay is welcomed

Gaphics are imortant. But it's also important that the game is about something. And playability is also important.

For me most important is graphic (+animations) and story. I dont care about gameplay, thats why i play almost only VN

Branching, meaningful choices are the only "gameplay" I really want from games like this. It's not an immediate "no" from me if a game has tried to layer in other elements, but rare is the game in this realm that does that well. Hell, most don't even get the branching, meaningful choices part right.

I don't like kinetic novels as all you do is read without any agency.
Give me a game with stats... i'm a number cruncher, love it in any game.

I'll spend hours on a porn game with a good gameplay, leaving my left hand on the keyboard instead of down my pants.

theres something good about porn games, like even the most boring tasks feel rewarding when you know theres something ( ͡° ͜ ͡°) waiting for you at the end

For me pure vn dislike sandbox and loathe rpgm, I came for fun but not that kind of fun, but it should atleast have a story hate those vns were you just create character choose position and begin. It should atleast have substance.
