Is gameplay important to you?

I'd watch porn. Much better graphics.
Then do so? Pornhub lets you select which video genre you watch, which gives it more interactivity than most of the """""games""""" you will find here and on other sites that cannot be named.

Adding an occasional choice of which of two exclusionary scenes you see doesn't make it a KN a game, it makes it an annoying KN.

It depends, but I prefer entertaining gameplay, it doesn't have to be a final fantasy or mass effect, but I like that games have a certain difficulty to obtain the feeling of achievement, I can say without fear of being wrong that I have enjoyed the most of the CG that I have achieved advancing in the game with my own effort than with saves or games that are just going around.

It can be things as simple as, let's say, small puzzles, running a farm and obtaining objects, management, etc... as long as it's not tedious I like it, the bad thing comes when it becomes tedious and heavy, because it's one thing for it to be difficult and another. Let it be the same all the time, how I hate excessive collecting or when you have to wait X amount of time in the game, but it has nothing else to offer and you have to waste time on unnecessary things.

I am only interested in choices/gameplay if it changes the narrative of the story or game. There are some dev's who put in choices just as filler and the story still progresses the same no matter what choices are made.
I have to ask, where is that animation from?

The choices definitely should matter, but I don't want any degree of difficulty whatsoever in this sort of game.

Just read the words under the signature, that is why I put them there. So people did have to keep asking me.(y)
Sorry, I thought it was some kind of typical phrase in signature format like "when you look long into an abyss, the abyss also looks into you" or something like that

It depends what you mean by gameplay, I guess. I like systems that have a lot of choices and enjoy some well-designed time/resource management loops but don't really have much use for combat systems and so forth in these games.

Gameplay? Well since I mainly play AVNs or at least when it comes to this site gameplay isn't really a thing. Story and Choice yes but gameplay no. I am not currently playing any non AVN.

Nothing turns me off faster than a grindy gameplay. Oh wait there's scat. That's it. Grind and scat.

It just depends what I am looking for at the moment. Sometimes I want a game with a little grind that will payoff in the end or sometimes I want to sit back and read a story that the creator has made in their game. I have some games saved that I want to get back to when they have more updates to them too.

yeah ofcourse. i love when games can cross with the story. like magical girl celesphonia

If it does not get in the way, it's okay. But I'm not looking for gameplay in these kind of games

It depends on the material. I could always go for a better story over the gameplay.

I think a good gameplay can be great, of course that's probably not gonna be the main reason for me playing the game but it can be a nice addition. The problem is when they shoehorn boring shit just to justify it being a "game" and not a kinetic VN

In VN games no. I only like reading watching the animations and fapping.

gameplay in games like these are just fun brake times between the story and scenes to keep it varied.

It depends for me.... I normally am not crazy about pure visual novels - I like to be able to choose a little bit. I actually like sandbox games a lot, but the problem with sandbox games is they seem to get buggy very fast or it's easy to get lost or have no direction.

Panacea by BeCe
ATM Adventures

Those are two games that have a pseudo-sandbox feel allowing you to have some control over the order of the scenes and encounters.

The Hunter (1 and 2)
Slice of Venture 2

Are examples of good sandboxes, in my opinion.

the better the gameplay, the better the immersion in the game

Of course otherwise it is better to just download image packs, there are some games with too much dialogue tough

I do prefer a little bit of gameplay in my porn. For me at least, it makes me feel like I (and by extension, the character I'm playing as) worked for and earned those spicy scenes I've been looking forward to
