I would make a medieval style game, there are already some, but too few for my taste.

I have several ideas for games I want to make.
One that's been on my mind a lot is an idea I had for a Zelda 2 style reimagining of Ocarina of Time with dating sim elements and a bunch of different armor and weapon types.
I'm currently working on other projects, but it's way up there on my to-do list after I finish my current projects.

I strongly suspect that if I were to make a game, it wouldn't be at all what most people want... I'd want it to be largely story/quest driven in a pre-industrial, possibly fantasy setting. An open world with a lot of character development. Both story/personality and stats/equipment. A bit of building, upgrading, expanding the home base (house, village, compound, whatever). I'd want a large enough set of skill and equipment options that there isn't just one "best" setup. and a mix of LIs that can be visited, and some that can be recruited as harem members and/or party members, and the option to set one as a primary LI (and possibly "haram queen"). The world could start fairly small, and be expanded over time with updates. I envision a top down isometric view for gameplay.

A game I've actually been wanting to make (being more realistically doable with my current skill) is a Female protag game with mostly management mechanics and pseudo-randomness where the player has to balance gaining favour/currency (to make things easier on herself) while taking on increasingly large insertions, where you have to "keep up with the stretching" or be literally fucked to death. Fairly short playthroughs with balanced randomness to make each run different, always having the character walking the edge of bliss and hopelessness.

With all the skills in the world (and time) I'd probably incorporate this into a more sandboxy game as one of many paths.

Many different games based on sports elements with actual simple sport gameplay, nice story, full of jokes and lewd stuff (hockey, racing, tennis and etc.).

Few games based on popular movies in past with actual gameplay of cause, that wasn't touched yet.

Lewd games based on popular video games.

Maybe I even did something original in my own. But right away I can't say what it would be.

2 ideas keep crossing my mind:
1) Lay the Spire. Self explanatory. An STS style roguelike with a lewd theme.
2) Okay, this is a bit weirder. Picture this: You are an incubus sent into a town by your lord to gather information. That's all. Whatever else you do aside from getting that information is entirely up to you. Create a prostitution ring? Create your own harem of brainwashed informants? It's pretty much an open world sandbox set in a small port town and you can do whatever you want.

The dream would be a UE5 game with AAA level cutscenes where I can manipulate camera angles. Bonus points if full realistic VR. I'm not talking some porn thing where the guy is wearing a go pro on his face, but high-end animation like HydraFXX or Wildeer Studios. It'll never happen, though. It'd be open world, tons of quests and adventures, you can build your own settlement. Not sure if I want magic or combat, but the big emphasis would be on making the world feel alive. I find that most open world games out there, especially by smaller studios, lack any real element that gives life to their worlds. Usually it's a couple deer running around and a small patch of enemies here and there. If there's a settlement, they're usually abandoned, and the ones that do exist have stationary NPCs that do sweet nothing. It's a shame, because having towns and villages that go about their day-to-day routines with events like famines and elections, corrupt barons, faction relations, world events that alter the course of what's happening. Every game would be unique in its own way, but there would be utilities that would help you get your rocks off with others. Who knows, maybe you could even alter the culture of the region to allow slow corruption of the people. You could wind up the emperor with a dedicated honour guard of your preferred fuckable relation, or some lowly townsman that partakes in orgies because your population is critically low and you need offspring. Stuff like that. It would really turn into the StarCitizen of fucking with feature creep, so I don't see how there would ever be a way to make it real. MP or SP servers for roleplay stuff for those who would want it. Anyone have a spare billion dollars lying around?
