Man If I could design my own game, it would be something like a complex city builder with micromanaging and life simulator all rolled into one, kinda like Cities Skyline, Anno and The Sims

Definitely a in depth C-RPG with alot of adult content and I'd make it a medieval low fantasy like stone shard it'd be really intersting to see a game that focuses on quality in depth game design (story, setting, combat) while also having lots of porn in it... and of course LOLIS.

I want to create a rpg simulation of a fantasy world where the main character has possession and mind control abilities. Your goal is to slowly take over the city and turn it to your inbreeding empire where you can make the citizens grow traits of your choice over the span of generations. Make them all blonde or bigger breasts. My favorite is to change the common sense so grade school lolis can become mother's to their siblings and before they graduate highschool. You can cream both mother and daughter while they carry their siblings in their bellies while the seed that made them and their mothers flow from their thighs as they smile for the family portrait.

The og story theme of star ocean series. Advanced space fairing civilization meet archaic medieval fantasy worlds. The clashing between sci-fy and fantasy is so fun to me especially in the second story which you can play as 2 different mc and experiencing that clash of theme from the perspective of both character. One who live in fantasy world and one in sci-fy world.

So you know how games with strong female protagonists will occasionally have a young boy character that they end up acting as a motherly figure towards (Final Fantasy XIII, Tales of Berseria, Plague Tale, etc.)? Well it'd be like that, but with more explicitly romantic. Doesn't need to be sexual, but no more pussyfooting around it. Female protag shota games for all!

Something that incorporates real life, so I can be 'playing it' while getting boring but useful things done at the same time. So it tracks things like steps and tasks, but uses them for a character in a fantasy setting so it's gamified. Like AR and LARP combined into an RPG.
Spend 1 hour at the gym bored out of my mind

Walk 3000 steps to this nearby GPS location to digitally 'collect' some item that an NPC dropped before they disappeared. Then your character gets rewarded with loot and a new quest is unlocked investigating why/how the NPC disappeared.
I'd be the healthiest, most productive human being on the planet!

I have a few stories ready to become a game if I could create the images in DAZ and program in RenPy 
I will mention three:
1- The MC is walking on the street when he sees a hot high schoolgirl wearing an unbelievable micro skirt, he approaches her pretending to be needing some info about the location of a store where he could repair his watch. Once they start talking he changes the subject to her high school. In the end he becomes her math tutor, and she becomes his girlfriend. Many naughty events when he is tutoring her, and when they go out on a date. Always trying to avoid her parents' eyes.

2- The MC is in a space mission alone in his spaceship in a distant star system. His vehicle has a malfunction and he has to land on the only Earth like planet orbiting that star (Barnard's star), He knows there are human inhabitants on that planet, but they are very primitive people. He uses a device in his spaceship to learn the language of that people, but our knowledge of their language is incomplete, and when he contacts the locals trying to be accepted in their village, his lack of proper understanding of their language leaves him engaged to a very young native. Many naughty events happen between them because his young bride is a hot to trot girl!

3- The MC enters in a club pretending to study the occult, but he actually is interested in flirting with the beautiful girls he has seen going into that club (BM Club, officially the two letters are the initials of the club's founder, but the initiated know their real meaning: Black Magic). The agenda of the BM Club is to subvert the morality of the society, they own pay channels where they air the most lascivious kind of series. Once in the club, the MC is invited to take part in a series called "Danielle", this series intends to present the deepest penetrations scenes and the deepest insemination scenes ever seen on screen! When he meets his partner to be in the series, she is a hot teenager, and in the first episode of the series the MC is supposed to take her virginity in front of the cameras!

I'm going to come up with the wildest idea so hear me out. Probably just a mix of tons of genres that I like. Would love to have an anime style souls like game that is open world and let's you sail to different places. of course I would like there to be tons of optional adult content and very unique powers and weapons. And lastly it would be cool if they could find some system to keep it updates with new items and stuff kind of like gacha games do, where you can be f2p and still have the ability to earn things like someone who pays (unlike lots of fps games where you just have to pay).

ABS w/glory holes management game with NTR/Harem options influenced by decisions but not directly made with decisions. RNG and decision based stat choices that influence progression and outcomes with extended playability past win/lose goalposts. A game with story content and also lewd content that can extend past the story. I imagine this as a unity game but could probably get mostly there with an HTML game. I would have said that was an outdated platform if not for what is being done with Goblin's Pet.

If I could design my own dream adult game, I'd have to go with something kinda like CoC mixed with Skyrim, magic, corruption, leveling, stats, followers, transformation, take all of that, and add in a bunch of other tags, Loli, incest, management, beast, so on so forth, all with built in mod support and all the tools modders would need, maybe text based, maybe 3d open world, both have charm, I think it would be interesting to be some sort of ruler of the land whose army has been wiped out, so the only choice is to collect a harem of different fantasy races to breed an army, I'm certain something similar has been done in other adult games but I can't think of any off the top of my head,
As for a non-adult game, fantasy based Earth Defense Force, instead of guns, rockets, missiles and mechs, you'd have magic swords, spells, wands, staffs, elemental bows and summons, instead of giant insects it would be hordes of goblins, orcs, trolls etc etc, add in heavily customizable MC, multiplayer, raid bosses, cataclysmic level finishing moves or super weapons to unlock on the highest difficulty, leveling, once you hit max level unlock some sort of paragon infinite leveling system, large destructible castles and villages, open fields, summoned mounts to cross the battlefields, all sorts of things.

Ideal? Well first, I assume we're gonna briefly set some logistics of scale aside, cause otherwise my ideal game is that adage, worse games that take longer and cost more yadayada
But ideally, for an H-Game, I want something in the vein of CoC or TiTs or Lilith's Throne in terms of being general-TF focused sandbox, but with a lot less restraints on content(all the taboo stuff, but especially beast stuff cause it feels greatly under-represented in some big ways, and some very specific hyper-niches not worth discussion), probably with a lot more powers to influence and control relationships and scenes, and the magically unfathomable level of content depth one would want from such a thing(aka we're drifting back towards the natural state of anyone's perfect game, the idealized Im-Sim with whatever presentation they like on top)
More mundanely, more late 00s/early 10s im-sim stealth stuff tbh, I had a blast recently playing Styx 1
