Chance led me to discover Dating My Daughter...
Since then, I've loved VNs.

Years ago, I don't remember how, I came across my first porn game, it was set in some extraterrestrial setting and used some quite stylized drawing style, and it revolved around one or several prisoners/slaves you kept in a dungeon and "trained" to want to do sexual things with you. I think it was a little more interactive compared to a typical VN (think Third Crisis), and I could manage to run it on my phone's browser. I spent the night on it and then never found it again.

Unrelated to this, I used to follow

I learned about the RenPy engine.

Some time later, on porn sites being bombarded with fake ultra-realistic porn game ads, but now knowing that playable porn games do exist, I decided to look for them, and I came across a link to Summer Camp on a website like fap-nation or similar. I recognized that it used the RenPy engine, and it had a downloadable android version, so I decided to risk it and download it. It was bad in many ways and unfinished, but I was shocked that something like that was actually possible and freely available. Looking it up after finishing it I have found my way to the 95, and that is how I got into AVNs.

Like a lot of mentions already - Newgrounds was my starting point. Simgirls, Love Hina and Robozou were the ones i remember.

So how did you guys find your way into the Adult Game world?

Was into hentai, downloaded a hentai game, which then introduced me to other genres, and here I am!

I don't remember, I'm gonna guess it was nutaku ad

[FixWill]

I started with flash games, then I found Nutaku, it had some interesting stuff. After that, I just started checking out different sites to see what else was out there.

Can't remember how I stumbled on it, but I found Treasure of Nadia which was a fun mix of actual game and naughty bits. I discovered some sites hosting other VNs while trying to find an update for that game, and the rest is history.

The first porn game I played was either Super Deepthroat or Mario is Missing, can't remember which. Then I found my way into playing adult VNs through 4chan of all places.

This game started it all for me, maybe it shows my age lol.

that one was nice !

It's free. Unironically, the fact most of them are free or cheap are the main reason I play them, they're indie and accessible.

old flash game sites on the early days of the internet and leisure suit larry magna cum laude game, along with some random nudity in older games

[Satanic_Panda]

I got into adult games by being a anti social shut in teen, first games I played were on random flash-game websites.
