I think it depends on where my mind is at the time. I feel like I've been very good at not doing stupid stuff when horny for a while now, but many times in the past did I do something and then mentally beat myself up over it for days. I think nowadays I've managed to find ways to occupy my mind enough where the more stupid thoughts are ignored.

I've made some very questionable decisions when horny, and I know when I am horny that cognitively the difference between horny me and regular me are like night and day. Calm and patient to agitated and impatient. I've been horny in public and thought to myself, dang I would absolutely accept oral sex from a random attractive person right now. Normal wouldn't mind that so much, but only if I was single. Horny me is like, there's enough of me to go around.

So if I had to ballpark it, I really think I lose like 30 IQ points or something. I get stupid. I've had sex and performed sex acts in a multitude of public places, only to be later horrified by my risque behavior.
