Issue is with NTR Off this game story doesn't make much sense. Still I want to avoid as much of it as possible....

Sure you can prevent most of it. I would say exactly as much for the story to make sense.
Your initial girlfriend will still cheat on you , that's basically essential for the story, but almost all of the other stuff you can prevent.

O that is good to know, probably replay with it on then if it can be prevent. Because bunch of the story made no sense with it off.

With the exception of 1 scene which i think should be moved to later in the game, the ntr on doesnt bother me too much in this one. You can usually end up taking the girls from the guys, or at least avoiding them getting with the girls.

Has anyone who's played this comment on the character model change for Serena Fox? Do we need to keep the old version? Or is it really a neutral change? Did she have to be aged up? Was that this issue?

Serena only exists as a single image in the character list, and maybe a mention in dialogue? You could dig up an old version with her old image to compare to, but there's nothing worth keeping.
