It is still available on ATF, but that's the only place I know of. Hasn't been updated for two years. Not sure why the page for it here has vanished. All the rest still work.

LC doesn't censor other site names like F95 does. Feel free to review the rules; they're pretty straightforward. Mentions are fine. Basically, don't link to malicious content (i.e. viruses, etc.), and don't link to actual (censored word, see the rules). The only other thing I've seen that isn't explicitly covered by the rules is: don't link directly to any of the few things that have been banned here.
