I usually prefer Hand drawn.

I prefer hand-drawn aesthetically (provided I like the art style), but it's a lot more effort than 3d and thus requires a significant reduction of scope and/or an expectation of prolonged gaps between updates, so most of the games I play tend to be 3d.

There's a wild, wild range for hand-drawn. The best hand-drawn is probably better than the best 3d, but 3d is likely better on average. And there's plenty of awful hand drawn stuff out there.

I'm really not a fan of pixel art for lewd stuff.

I preffer hand drawn over 3D but it is harder for hand drawn to be real good. I like to see genitals and devs use to use the same 3-4 3D styles usually so it is easy for me to pick a game to play like this. I skip any pixel art - I need more detail.

The 3D stuff can be so realistic sometimes that it does seem like we're right on the edge of getting any kind of porn we could possibly imagine and have it all be digital... exciting times!

Pixel art is usually whatever. The game can be as pixelated as it wants as long as it doesn't interfere with the porn. 3d can be alright or pretty good. 3d animations? Amazing! 3d visual novels with stiff tits & expressions? It's meh. But hand drawn games might always have a fucking collar on me.

Hand drawn has lower average quality, but larger variance
Pixel art has the lowest average quality, with a few stand-out exceptions

Though entirely subjective. There are some good hand drawn VNs like Our Red String and good 3D like Race of Life. Then there are bad ones which are kinda numerous that I can't even remember their names.

I like all 3 but usually find better games made with 3D. There are some amazing game creaters with Hand Drawn assets as well as Pixel but they aren't a majority so very few games gets released with them, but technically you can say the same thing with 3D but I'd say that's easier to improve on
