Hey everyone!
So... this post is going to be a bit long, let’s get into it.
First, I’ll start with the boring part to get it out of the way so we can move on to the good stuff, which is most of it. Sorry it took me so long to share news, this month was really really tough for me, a bunch of small issues piled up... and I actually wrote a longer text but deleted it, no need to go into unnecessary detail, everyone has their own daily struggles. Whenever things are bad enough to affect the game’s development too much, I’ll let you know. Things have already gotten a way better since last week, and I’m confident that from October onward it’ll be smoother.
There was progress on the update this month. About the progress chart, I updated it, and to be honest, I’ve decided not to keep using it after this update. The way I work is a bit too chaotic to maintain fixed percentages and show them climbing neatly. I wanted to test it, since the last time I shared the chart, I’ve made a lot of offline edits. Percentages kept going up and down because of rewrites or expansions, for example, the bathroom scene I teased on Discord was completely redone (it’s so much better now!!), other scenes got expanded too. These are always improvements, but it doesn’t feel right to keep posting a chart that sometimes goes backward. I also see a positive side to this, it shows that even through setbacks, creativity is flowing strong, and that’s the most important thing when working with art.
Here’s the updated chart as it stands now. Don’t take the numbers as “written in stone,” but it should give you a decent idea of where things are at:

The writing is basically done for everything big I had planned, with just a big scene left to wrap up, plus some fixes in two smaller ones that haven’t started rendering yet, once renders start piling up, I always end up adding a bit more whether it’s new lines, new additions, always improvements. As for the renders themselves, things are moving along nicely, it’s been a while since I last counted, but it had already passed 650, and there’s still plenty to go, so there’s no doubt this update is going to be huge.

Now, about the Codex! The first entries are ready, they’ll be the character info cards and some details about a few of the god pantheons in the game’s universe.
Here’s an example of the cards:
Each character has two pages. Here, the first one is for Rafaela's first page and the other one for Luiza's second page. As you can see, it’s pretty detailed: the first page goes into appearance, personality, likes, and so on, while the second page covers genetics, powers, and abilities. Some parts are marked with “----” there are different reasons for that, but mainly it’s to avoid giving away major spoilers, or surprises. There are still a few small spoilers, of course, along with extra details that weren’t clear in the game or didn’t show up because of time constraints.
That’ll be the formula going forward: small or mid spoilers added in, and when events happen in the game, the Codex will be updated with new info. The game itself will also have a Codex section in the main menu, but it’ll be different, you’ll find out more about that later.
The Discord Codex, as I mentioned before, gives early access to info and is an exclusive channel, it’s my way of thanking longtime supporters. The rules for access are: either being subscribed to any tier for over a year, or having contributed an amount that exceeds the orange tier total. Starting this week, I’ll be slowly granting access through new roles: “Asgardian” or “Olympian.” They’re the same, just different names, you’ll get to choose which one. If you have any questions, feel free to ask me, either in DMs or in the comments here, doesn’t matter.
There’s still a lot of cool stuff I want to add over time, but for now, there are already pantheon entries and all 7 main characters have their character sheets ready on Discord. I can’t wait to share them with you.

Haven't seen anything but my own *guess* would December, maybe later in the month, tho I do prefer to over-estimate so that if its sooner it'll be a happy surprise. The dev does great work and clearly has a lot passion for the project, it does just tend to take a while.Anyone know if dev hinted at a release window in his latest post? I'm guessing it'll be this year but that's just my hope

Yeah, it's slow but there's so much quality in each release that It's understandable, being he's a solo dev and he doesn't make enough to make it his full time job.

God please yes, I need more of that. There's been a shortage the last few years. I have to go back to games from like 2019-2020 to find anything good, and most not with the quality of recent games.Hope there's more sleep groping scenes, specially Rafeala
