Greetings, everyone! Before we begin, there are new render previews on Discord, take a look in the spoilers chat!

Let’s get to the progress report, which I hope will be the last one before the release of the next update. Talking a bit about the story, In the first part of Chapter 3 we introduced a threat to our characters. The tone of that update turned out exactly how I wanted, a good mix of tension, mysteries, and of course, the main thing, the spicy scenes. And at the beginning of the new update, we’ll have... ((Attention, small spoilers ahead!)) The protagonist reflecting on what he saw in that vision, and what the best way to deal with it might be. But that will only be at the start, the idea is for the new update to have a much lighter and fun tone overall, so expect a shift at some point. Another thing, I’m not sure if I mentioned it before, but regarding the secondary characters (Dasha/Arinna), they’ll be set aside for a while. I need to further develop the six main girls, so the focus will remain on them for now. ((End of spoilers!))

Regarding production: I’m still dealing with IRL issues outside of development, which have delayed some tasks that require more concentration. Those I’ve been putting aside while giving priority to others that flow more smoothly so production doesn’t halt. For example, something I mentioned in the last post, there was still one major scene left to finish in the writing phase. This particular scene has been tough; for the first time I really felt what it’s like to deal with persistent brain fog, and it just wasn’t working. So I shifted focus to other parts of development.
And that paid off, progress chart below:

That problematic scene is still missing, but I’m very happy with the rest, especially the renders, which are beautiful and plentiful, with very little left to do. The animations, which is something that I enjoy doing, and now also these new ones are the best I’ve ever made, btw have very little left to finish. What remains now, besides that, is post-production on the renders (denoiser/photoshop/lighting/etc.) and some coding, the usual variables for choices/points/etc, and the new in-game codex menu.

That said, December is a very busy month. The house always gets full as Christmas approaches. Production doesn’t stop, but it slows down since my free computer time becomes even more limited. It’s certain that I won’t be able to finish everything before the end of the year. December is already here... I was aiming to complete everything much faster this time, but it’s not going to happen. I’m really sorry. If you’re tight on money and were hoping for a release this month, don’t worry it’s fine to pause your support. Buy something nice for someone in your family this Christmas. Production will continue either way. If you decide to stay, thank you so much, it helps a lot!

We’ll have some special posts this December. I want to make a 4K Christmas theme set, it’s not wallpapers... You can expect more than just simple nudity; there will be real action, very hot... This will be available on Discord mid December for all members, regardless of tier. And also something I’ve never done before: a preview of a brand-new animation from the next update. It’s one of my favorite animations, I tried something new, it worked, and I’m super satisfied with the result. It has three different loops, I’ll post the first one for you to see.

its pretty dead here strangely too, this game was like talked alot for while and had frequent discussions now its like nobody even keeping up at all...

Not much to say atm. The dev has mentioned that the holidays are pretty busy for him so things should get moving again soon if they haven't already. I'm sure he'll post a status update this month sometime.

Yeah, I'd say this game deserves more discussion, but I guess the game does not lend itself to too much speculation since the story is not particularly intricate. It is still pretty cool and I'm hyped about the next release.

There is nothing else to say that hasn't been mentioned already and his discord is similarly pretty quiet most of the time. I usually post his status updates here, mostly when someone brings it up. I'm all for more general discussion but there's not much else to talk about update-wise.

Not entirely true. 0.2.4c has been up on the dev's sub sites for almost a month. If I remember right all tiers get it at the same time. Though I could be miss remembering, been a while since I was subbed. So an update as to when that will be released to the public would be much appreciated.
