I've seen Fate Stay Night Realta Nua on torrent sites and it seems to be an older game. I have not looked into things deeply, but it seems sometimes anime comes from games and not just manga, right? Or do these things always start out as manga and then some go to games, then to anime, and others go to anime?

Is this game fun? I've seen a few episodes of the Fate Stay series and thought it looked amazing, but wondered if this game--or even the other episodes and series--is worth it. Have you played it? Is it popular for some other reason than it being good, IE. it's older or first of it's kind, etc.? I think I read somewhere that there are Playstation games for the Fate Stay universe, is it porn version of one of those games, or did it get published as an adult vn to begin with?

Fate/Stay night is an vn that has adult content i believe Fate/Stay Night Realta Nua is the all age port for ps2 now coming to the west for the first time for ps4/5

If it has a console release there will be no full nudity and i believe most recent fate games forgone being pure vn to having samurai warriors like game play

Pregmod adds more content than the original game had at this point and it adds "sinner" content, if you haven't tried it. Free Cities has a lot of different content, there probably aren't going to be a ton of games with both sexy transformation and depraved amputation/gore. With that said some games with at least similar themes:
Lilith's Throne
Tales of Androgyny
No Haven
Corruption of Champions (search for the content mod, the thread is on the same site as FC Pregmod)
CoC 2 and Tales of Tainted Space are made by the same guy but are almost entirely futa furry content from what I hear

This list is pretty great, covers the majority of them
I want to throw in Lab Rats 2, Masters of Raana and Debauchery in Caelia Kingdoms

Cultist simulator, I know the name is very on the nose, but it's a great game, albeit very strange. A weird combination of rpg, managerial and solitaire (yes de the card game) and maybe in a different order. It's sfw btw.

As far as regular (non-lewd) games about Lovecraft go, I hear "Call of Cthulhu: Dark Corners of the Earth" is frequently on the Best Of lists as far as accuracy to the lore. Tough as nails though, so I just watched a let's play of it. The famous one of course is Eternal Darkness on GameCube, which you can likely emulate. A fun parody game meanwhile would have to be "Cthulhu Saves the World". I think it's built in RPG Maker, so the gameplay should be familiar if you've played other games from that engine.
