I think that there will be more interest in stories with some sort of AI driven choice. Sort of writing a story with the help of AI that is doable today, just better and most likely with AI generated imaged based on the story. The game will be the limits that is placed on the story and how well "trained" the AI is.

I really doubt that a AI driven game can compete with a human created story, mainly that unless there is a huge breakthrough in AI the game will only be an unoriginal and derivative script

First thing that comes to mind for me is King's Tale: [Abandoned] - [VN] - [Ren'Py] - [DAZ] - King’s Tale - Version: [0.63] [AdultKing]

It's renders feel a bit dated and it's marked as abandoned, but it's not too bad. The abandoned tag isn't as bad for this one because there's no overall story that got cut short. It's just a collection of isolated short stories.

This hurt when it went abandoned. Really liked it.

Well writing in porn games it's not usually on the inspired side so any South Park game just makes me cry of laughter.
