There's a few I'd recommend: Parental Love, Sisterly Lust, and Depth's Revival all have some good pregnancy content at the end game

Power Vacuum "What If" 7 is short and has a bunch at the end.

Tama's Awakening has some towards the end.

Of course Summertime Saga has a bunch.

and Simple Times has a lot as well.

As a preference I would say A-D and nothing bigger. Any bigger would be to uncanny to me, especially on a skinny woman who is not naturally big.

Huge agree with Partedes making the best boobs in VNs at the moment. I'm a huge fan of puffy nipples and Partedes does them better than anyone else.

Usually I like smaller boobs on petite girls, so Aiko or Naoko in It's not a world for Alyssa are more my style:

If you don't mind the art style used, check out the game Greener Pastures. Every girl you interact with you can get pregnant endlessly towards the end of the game. It's simple but delivers in that regard.
