No preference myself though when I see giant silicone inflated tits in games that in reality would destroy a women's back I roll my eyes.

I actually prefer to have a variety of breast sizes in the games I play, as long as they're realistically proportioned. I guess the only exception to the realistic proportion requirement would be "oppai loli" which I quite like despite its implausibility. Unfortunately there aren't that many games with oppai loli characters in them.

I'm just like you mate. I like variety and realistic size but there is a thing with "oppai loli" that make them really appealing even if it doesn't fit.

if the game is going for realism i gotta say proportional is best (think Alice in Such a Sharp Pain)
for nostalgia reasons i also like the very specific 90s bimbo "big but not absurd" similar to Elizabeth in Lust Theory
anything above that (even in realporn) is inversely proportional to my interest in seeing them
(but good point on oppai loli, those are a case by case analysis since it's so hard to not make them goofy)

However, as long as they are proportional larger are okay what are "traditional" bimbos in VNs are to large for me generally and unless the characters are endearing even if I bring them in as a LI I tend to glaze of any actual scenes with them. I have the habit of "gotta bang them all" generally in VN's even if its not something I'd generally go for.

I have a preference for boobs in proportion with the body. Slimmer girl? Small to medium breasts please. Thicc girl? Just ain't right to throw small breasts one there.

Small or medium breasts are generally great IMO. Large but human and shapely can be okay, good, or great, depending on how well done they are. Unnatural looking ones, exceptionally large ones, super saggy ones, "silicon balloon" ones - no interest. But yeah, the ones e.g. in your image can be very nice, and like it's been said by some others, matching the character seems important IMO.

Gay incest is pretty rare in VNs. Most of the ones I've seen were real porn HTML games like "Friends of Mine". Doors will eventually have D/S content, but currently it's still in the building up phase.

I generally in games/videos doesn't like if the breasts are bigger than characters head. The bigger it goes the more repulsive it is for me.

Summertime Saga, Town of passion and Corruption are decently done as sandboxes go.
Glassix, Loser (the grind omfg) and Horton Bay stories are prime examples of really bad UI, design and mechanics.
Horton Bay especially for its horrible way of unlocking new areas. Loser for missing scenes during your grind where you tend to ignore certain actions in your haste to farm topics.
We also have Straitened Times where I like alot of the gameplay elements but abhor the absulute lack of good tracking mechanism for new scenes.
My personal pet peeve is Renpy games that use choices to navigate the map in sandboxes.
