If I could only choose one, it would probably be once in a lifetime. It was one of my first good AVN game and it is still one of the best, even if a remake with eternum's renders level would be fire.

Otherwise, some of my favorites would be:
- Parental love (my first AVN game and the wincest is really well made in this one)
- Such a sharp pain (it's like parental love but with modern renders and better at every thing)
- Summer memories and it's sequel winter memories (love the pixel art and the gameplay is fun)
- Desert stalker (nice story and setting, lewd scenes are hot and nice renders)
- Hot sand of antartica (pretty similar to desert stalker)

A game that started good to me was Nympho Tamer, but the boob jobs really took me out of it in terms of thinking like that. Big boobs might be a dev fetish or maybe a way to get past the website ban potentials. Wasted a good game to me.

When it comes to looks I don't have much of a preference
Instead I look at how, in this case boobs, fit the character
For example, I think alyssa wouldn't look as good with small boobs

The only thing I dislike is comically large breasts, like the characters in shadows have for example

This is why I find games with bimbofication very weird, and some games that have a lot of characters with very weird proportions
Big boobs that feel like they belong are cool, small ones area algo cool

I also think it is Parental Love.
There was also an extended scene that got deleted from the game and restored by a mod if I remember correctly.

I've read that the extended scene was not done by Luxee and added way after completion. It had the possibility of having sex with the bully's sister that looked like she was 10 years old at the lost and reacted as if she was even younger.

Never really got the enormous-boobs thing some games have going for them.
