What did you like most about Being a DIK? I'm curious, as I couldn't get into it the first time

I don't like that they had to bow down to pressure, but the scenes with the talking bear are funny.
Also yeah, Power Vacuum is hilarious. I just don't like the structure of the game because its really a disguised KN and not a VN (you cannot focus on one person, you must attend to all of them to advance the story. It's an illusion of choice)

The renders, i really love Bella, Sage and Jill. Also, the situations you get into (like fucking Sage's "mom") are really hot. To be able to get into teachers panties and what not is a turn on for me, so that's also a point.

they would have to do it right, i agree that a sandbox would be fun but i wouldn't want to resource grinding aspect of it

In a Scent is easily the funniest VN I've played. It's the only one that has made me legitimately laugh out loud. It's been like 11 months since the last update though.

I've got to give it another go. When the tests popped up during the classes in the early part of the game, I realized that the creator had put some real time and love into it. But then the first sex scene where you end up naked in the sorority house just didn't do it for me. Too tame

Sandboxes ruin almost every single game they are in. The also usually introduce dumbass grind and repetition in lieu of having actual content. So now....no one should do sandbox.

Give it a go. You have a lot of content to play and the renders, poses and scenes are really good. You can get a good fap sesion just with a gallery unlocker (just saying, but the game is also good, in my opinion).

For those who enjoy sandboxes: can you give examples of what you consider to be great sandbox games? For me, sandboxes usually fall into either "repeat the same event until something changes" grinds, or "find the 1 event which allows you to progress" (bonus points if the event only happens in a specific location at a specific time, with no hinting). Both kinda kill the pacing.

I laughed pretty hard at shenanigans in Being a DIK. The hardest i laughed was ( can't remember the name of game ) but the mc was sitting at his desk and got stung in the pecker by some insect. He started to swat the bug and was slapping the shit out of his junk. Maybe someone out there knows what game it was. Another literally caused me to spit out red bull all over my lap top. Scene which i just posted in new thread today " favorite/hottest scene. Ravenous, right in the middle of my hottest scene, the mother of my favorite loli bends down and says her breath smells like a bag of dicks.....i lost it

Definitely seconding (thirding?) Power Vacuum. Genuinely clever writing and such a fun overall tone to the game.

3YoV is pretty goofy, from that gross little demon sidekick to the agency of virgin superheroes.

SpaceCorps XXX as well, same kind of vibe as 3YoV but in space. MC is a huge simpleton which leads to some pretty funny interactions.

I don't enjoy sandboxes but from the ones I tried I think Summertime Saga is a great sandbox game, does Summertime even fall under that category? I'm trying to imagine what the game would be like if it was a more linear VN but I'm not sure if it would be better or worse
