I am aut, I don't play games for masturbate ( mostly ) I play them for the sake of playing. I am a member of the other forum since the very beginning ( 8yr ago ) I play videogame 10-16 hrs each day, at least half of them usually on adult games, and since I am very expert some games I try them only 10 minutes since they are just a fap fest and they don't have interesting contents.

10 Legends of Queen Opala ( one of the first western adult RPG, very outdated today, but amazing years ago )

9 Dating my daughter ( not a huge fun, but a piece of the incest history here )

8 Big Brother ( I was a huge fun, very upset for the end of the project, but still amazing and innovative game )

7 Breeding Season ( they were scammer, still the first western game of his kind )

6 Milfy city ( similar to BB, very disappointed by the end of the project, but a must )

5 Date Ariane ( super old but first good western dating sim )

4 Good girl gone bad ( first good renpy 2dg western with a female protagonist )

3 Witch trainer ( the original by Akabur, amazing art, nice game, I love Hermione )

2 Four Element trainer ( pushed the training mechanics further than any other game, also 2dg art and very complete )

1 Princess trainer ( first of his kind in western games, amazing arts and very innovative. )

Depends on what you call comedy. The best porn game that incorporates comedy elements for me is "Once in a Lifetime". It's not a full blown comedy though, more like suspense with horror and comedy elements.

I'd say the same about Eternum, both by the same author (Caribdis I think), both excellent games.

only medievalish game without clear fantasy elements I know of is "A Knight's Tale" by Neverlucky but it isnt an accurate depiction of medieval times.

Everthing else (long live the Princes, Peasants Quest, Khan) is definetely more in the Fantasy Genre with medieval elements. Dont know if there is a game where the dev tried to make an accurate medieval game.

Idk what exactly counts as "medieval" games since there are elements of fantasy like magic & magical creatures and such on some of the games I've mentioned and some of them are more like Isekai/Another World genre, or just straight up fantasy.
So I've mostly thought of ones that would be in a Medieval Europe setting. Some of these would certainly fit with the "medieval" setting, but since they're still on-going, some fantasy elements could be implemented.
