Regional manager, while very different than ravager. It has some shared tags. I like abuse of power story lines and regional manager is 90% plus that. Bad news is its on pause for its next update for about a month. Just life shit for the dev delayed the next release.
Light of my life: slow burn and art style is different, but I found myself not skipping and reading dialog. Nothing like ravager. D/D content and a mostly kind story line.

I'll second LoML, it's so well written and fun! Definitely looking forward to more in the future. I'd also like to see the artist do some other stuff.

Apocalypse is really good, the one that is 0.3x right now and is made in Renpy. There is another Apocalypse game out there with incest and pregnancy that is at version 1.x something but it's a browser style game so I've never played it.

Check out A Wife and Mother. It's not terribly far along but is very promising and already has a decent amount of content.
