Don't know what you are looking for exactly so I will say what comes to my mind:
Lust Epidemic - western game, in my opinion it's very good but I suspect you are asking for 3D games;
Oba-sans Saga - it's more of a priestess than a nun but it has both bonus points you want. It's pretty short and average;
The Promised Rosary - that should be a bullseye for you, but no preg and you play as nun itself;
Hot and Bothered Sister Celyn - you play as nun, I didn't really like it;
Virgin Lode - full focus on nuns but I didn't play this one.

Edit: I need to mention Bible Black, probably the best religiously themed adult game that ever existed, however it's not exactly "church" themed.
yep this is what i was looking for, thanks a lot

Nope. Would it help if the "punk" girl gave the dad a BJ and the "normal" girl was getting into anal? With anal toys.
How about 16 Years Later? That has a punk style tattooed model and a normal one, but it's 3 sisters not 2.

Also a nope. It was only 2. And it was an apartment.
Powers That Be? It starts in an apartment with 2 younger women and a father. One is a niece and the other is the daughter.

Nope. One of the girls is a delinquent type and the other is a good girl type. The good girl type got into anal with toys. There wasn't any sex with the father when I last played it. I'm pretty sure it hasn't been updated in forever. But it is driving me nuts that I can't find it.

Well I'm out of bullets, but I wish you the best of luck. I'd wager it'd be in Members+ if it exists here though.

They weren't considered underaged. At least not to the point that fuck95 would restrict it. But yeah, who knows. Maybe the author will one day update it and I will have a good surprise.

But, there's also another one I haven't seen in ages and can't remember the name. It was a Son and Mother game, where the Son takes pictures of the Mother and the woman who collects money stays there to watch it. It's not the "Restore Her Career" one.

Countless way to many but the budgets aren't like commercial games so it doesn't happen often.

Fractal branching stories. If there are a couple separate paths that is fine, moreso if there is a clear splitting point. If there are a dozen different branches, some with only minor differences, then I am going to just nope out

Sandbox games, specially those that have too much grind.
Renders that feel to much "plastic-y", like most HS games, TK17 and such.
Bad lighting, which can make the game have no shadow at all or just be a dark mess.
Mind Control, one of the most used cheap excuse for a plot.

Those are the ones I remember.

There are a few out there i liked which i'll try to remember though i am sure i'm forgetting a few.
VN style
Sisterly lust (season 1/2/3)
Family Venture
Hail dicktator
lust theory
midnight paradise
Thirty days
summer with mia/returning to mia
Ripples
babbysitter
timestamps
dreams of desire
------
less VN more game like
Desert stalker
The DeLuca Family
Rewind

For me is:

Now and then
Mist
Desert stalker
Hot sand of antartica
Master of raana

VNs aren't my favorite type of games for this genre.

That honor goes to Fallout and Wasteland.

Adult - Now and Then
Non Adult - Wasteland, from 1980s. Far superior to Fallout and its series, which were inspired by it. In WL war took place in 1998, not some weird far future that was like the 1950s.

For sure The Mist and Desert Stalker. I would have loved to see them add more to the story of The Mist, like aftermath after everything was finished. I didn't want the game to end to be honest.

The apocalyptic games that i have played and enjoyed so far.
In the works:
Hot Sand of Antarctica
Desert Stalker
The Sunset Fairies - (i like the redhead twins - the dialog could use a little TLC)
Finished:
Now and Then
